Simon Randall
Simon Randall is a partner in City law firm, Lawrence Graham. He specialises in local government and housing law, having been a local government politician in London over some twenty years. He has had a lifelong interest in the English Civil War and, in addition to the Abney letters, has a collection of other Civil War postal history, memorabilia and publications.
